The successful candidate will be required to have good written and verbal communication abilities, excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check and random drug screenings.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Configuring and installing computer servers, workstations and peripherals
Maintaining and repairing computers and computer peripherals
Configuring and installing computer network components
Troubleshooting various computer and network issues
Configuring and installing software
Configuring computer network components
Providing technical support to a variety of customers on-site and via phone or email
